Around this time of year, I get the itch to re-organize and clean things up in anticipation of Spring. New year, new me. An improved version of myself.
When you own a winery there is nothing more satisfying than deep cleaning the kitchen, re-organizing storage areas, putting away the winter items, and planning and dreaming about the patio. The winter feels long, and I think the hope of seeing the sun, dining outside, and enjoying white and sangria wines, and lighter fare is so encouraging and in fact soul boosting.
We at Urban Pine Winery & Eatery are thoughtfully preparing new wines and new foods to correspond with the summer months fast approaching. I hope you are like me, dreaming of the warm sun on my face with delicious food and wine in front of me….nothing better!
